Encourage a response on their preferred communication channel

Consumers use a variety of devices and techniques to absorb information and communicate their desires.  Each campaign should give them an opportunity to reach out to you on their channel of choice and have the opportunity to start a dialogue with you.

  • Direct Mail: Business Reply Envelope (BRE) or Business Reply Card (BRC) to collect information in a preset format
  • Phone: Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to collect answers to questions from a telephone keypad
  • On-Line: A personalized URL (PURL) for the recipient to  link to a custom landing page with additional product and service detail
  • E-Mail: Include a QR Code in the message that allows the recipient to scan it with their mobile device and view/send text, a phone number, or follow a link to any designated URL to access additional information
