Present relevant content and offers of high perceived value to encourage an ongoing dialog. Request additional personal information, such as E-mail address, cell phone number, etc. in return for the offer which should be attractive enough to encourage the recipient to respond.  Some examples of types of offers are: 

  • Annuity calculator for donors looking to understand the return on their gift
  • Free report with guidelines on how to reduce your home energy bill
  • Descriptive brochure explaining the benefits of a newly launched product
  • Entry into a raffle for a special event
