Offset, Thermography, Engraving Printing

Quality Letter Service provides several methods and options for printing to meet a variety of business needs.

  • Offset:  Best suited for cost-effectively producing large volumes of high quality prints.  A few of its common applications include: newspapers, magazines, brochures, stationery, and books.
  • Thermography:  The name of a post print process that is achieved today using traditional printing methods coupled with thermography machines.   It is commonly used on wedding invitations, letterheads, business cards, greetings cards, gift wrap, packaging and can also be used to print braille text.
  • Engraving:  Images and text are mechanically engraved onto steel cylinders coated with a thin copper layer. After engraving, the image is protected with another thin layer of chrome which allows the image to survive for over a million copies in high speed printing presses.
  • 1-4 Color Process: For letterheads, envelopes, brochures, business cards, self-mailers
