Campaign Execution

You can produce the best strategy, targeting, and creative in the world, but it will only succeed if the campaign is executed flawlessly.

Preparation and a closely managed project timeline are the keys to success.   Ordering and organizing paper, envelopes, gifts and other direct mail fulfillmet elements should be done as far in advance as possible.   List cleansing and NCOA processing needs to be performed early enough to allow the lettershop to tag each record for post-campaign tracking.  Coordination with the Post Office on  postage and pickup details will assure that your piece gets to the target on the planned date.

E-Mail templates and creative images should be merged with the list names in time for the E-Mail vendor to do a several 'Seed list' tests to verify the quality of each version.   Test runs of the launch process across multiple browsers will identify potentially serious 'spam' filtering issues well before the launch date.

A Quality Letter Service Project Manager will coordinate the communication between vendor partners and provide regular feedback on project status and issues.  It is highly recommended that every client designate a point person and a backup for all communication. This assures that there is a distinct point of contact for all the questions and issues that inevitably come up between regular status update meetings or calls.

Campaign Execution is at the core of our business.  We worry about the details so you don't have to.
